The Colour Works is pleased to announce the addition of Ann Sankey as Business Development Director.

Ann is an experienced manager, HR and training professional and has for over 15 years worked at a senior level in organisations both large and small across both the public, private and charitable sectors.

Key to her success in these roles has been an acknowledged skill in managing, coaching and mentoring her teams to peak levels of performance. Ann has worked as an IIP Adviser and Assessor and is also a Regional Adviser on leadership development, providing support to a wide range of business leaders throughout various UK organisations.

Her Discovery profile describes Ann as “inspiring, inventive and ingenious, a resourceful, action-orientated person and a good people manager. She is noted for her innate ability to inspire and encourage others around her and exhibits excellent interpersonal skills”. This simply endorses the evidence of many years of successful contribution to the management profession and business in general.

Ann’s appointment sees Nick Fewings become Operations Director and providing support to the growing number of Colour Works facilitators. The Colour Works Head Office is based in Bournemouth and now has a presence in Brighton, Bristol, Leeds, London, Plymouth, Portsmouth, Southampton, Thame and Truro.
