- To identify the differences between self-perception and the perception of others
- To create a climate conducive to open learning and communication

10.45 am. — Session 2 – The Four Colour Energies
90 minutes
Objectives
- To introduce the 4 colour energies and the basics of the Insights Colour Model of Behaviours
- To identify each colour energy’s strengths and weaknesses
- To increase self-awareness of individual’s preferred behavioural styles and those of others
- To appreciate how different working styles can add value to a teams – or cause conflict
12.15 pm. — Session 3 - Preferences
30 minutes
Objectives
- To understand the perceptions and behavioural preferences that underpin human behaviour
- “We see the world not as it is – but as we are”
- To identify the preferences prevalent within the team as a whole
- To experience the frustrations that can be caused when working with different preferences
12.45 pm. — 1 Hour LUNCH BREAK
13.45 pm. — Session 4 – The Insights Profiles (previously prepared using the delegates’ on-line evaluator responses)

Objectives
- To receive the individual Insights Discovery Profile – and to read the major sections
- To understand how the profiles are constructed including the various illustrative diagrams and graphs
- To understand each individuals’ contribution to the team as a whole
- To appreciate how the profiles may be used for on-going coaching and self development
14.45 pm. — Session 5 – Communication Styles
30 minutes
Objectives
- To recognise the different communication styles that exist and the challenges that they may cause
- To recognise ‘Type’ in others
- To learn how to adapt to meet the needs of colleagues
- To develop a common vocabulary to take immediate advantage of the communication model
15 minute BREAK
15.30 pm. — Session 6 – Practical & Operational Implications
60 minutes
- To identify motivating factors and barriers to success within the workforce
- To identify actions that can be implemented immediately to begin the process of developing the desired culture/behavioural change of the Firm
