Any personal information we hold will be securely protected in line with data protection guidelines. Our security measures are updated regularly to ensure your personal information is not accessible to anyone other than The Colour Works.
Gathering of information
We use our website to voluntarily gather useful information about our users. This may come from your request to subscribe to our newsletter or from the general enquiry form on the Contact page. Your information will only be used for internal purposes, to help us understand more about our customers and to respond to requests. Your details may be categorised, analysed for marketing purposes and kept on record for further promotions from The Colour Works. But they will not under any circumstances be sold or provided to any third parties.
Changing or deleting information
Any information we store will be as up to date as possible, and will depend entirely on information provided to us by the user. We are happy to amend or delete information on any user should the user themselves request, by emailing office@thecolourworks.com
'Cookies'
We do not currently employ the use of cookie technology, nor do we gather any information from your computer when you enter The Colour Works’ website.
We take very seriously the intrusive and annoying nature of unsolicited emails or ‘spam’. The Colour Works operate an opt-out strategy that allows you to remove your email address from our files at any time. You can always re-enter it when you want to re-commence receiving information from us.
