The Colour Works picked up a national award yesterday at a prestigious event in London.Ā  Accepting the award for ā€œTop Distributor UKā€ presented by Insights Learning & Development Ltd., Senior Consultant James Hampton said ā€œItā€™s a great honour and a tribute to the massive effort our team of back-office staff and consultants, facilitators and coaches from around the UK put in to ensuring our clients receive an exemplary service right from the start.Ā  Effective team-working is what weā€™re all about, so itā€™s good to know that we practise what we preach!ā€

This is the sixth time in seven years that The Colour Works has received the award and Managing Director, Giles Miskin is thrilled to have come out on top yet again. ā€œItā€™s really encouraging to see that, especially in times of economic pressure, inspirational leaders and managers recognise that business performance can be improved through a relatively small investment in their peopleā€ he said. ā€œAt The Colour Works we meet a wide variety of organisations from all 3 sectors, and they all have a similar problem; how to keep their people engaged and motivated and working collaboratively to deliver better results. Thatā€™s where The Colour Works comes in.ā€
