October 2013, The Colour Works was set a challenge to enter a Triathlon. After several weeks of banter, goading and at times outright blackmail, six of our fabulous team took the bait and signed up!

We are a diverse bunch ranging from marathon runner to self-confessed couch potato but we made a commitment to doing this as a team and seeing it through to the finish line as a team – which we did!!!

All this was in aid of Julia’s House, the only children’s hospice charity in Dorset dedicated to helping life-limited children and their families across the county and in South Wiltshire. They need to raise £3.9m in 2014 yet less than 10% comes from central government.

Yes, it was all worth it. Will we do it again? Some of us!
