Every training company will say “we’re different”, and give you a list of reasons why, usually using words like ‘customised, passionate, creative’ etc.

Rather than go into all that, let’s just say that when you get The Colour Works you get two things guaranteed - learning and fun!

Our feedback tells us that people enjoy our interventions, and when people enjoy, they learn. Our customers say that following our training days the difference is "both immediate and long-lasting", (their words not ours).

Because all our work is grounded in and based on the Insights colour model, we’ve become specialists in this field.

So what? Good question.

Well, as we focus on our core products and don't try to be everything to everybody, we've developed depth and expertise in our chosen field.

Our facilitators are all experienced, talented and adaptable. They come from a variety of private and public sector backgrounds, most of them having held senior positions.

We don't do everything, but what we do we do really well!
