The pivotal first day’s workshop can be a tough act to follow. Along with creating the ideal environment to network and learn from other like-minded Discovery practitioners, the purpose of this day is to give you the framework and tools to assess, plan and deliver the team’s next steps.

Attendees will be offered a complimentary Team Performance Indicator – an anonymous team survey that assesses 16 areas crucial to high-performance team working. As well as being a useful assessment and planning tool, the TPI can also be used to measure improvement and Return on Investment.
