Sue has been working with The Colour Works since 2007. She is a much sought-after presenter, facilitator and executive coach (AoEC, EMCC). After a twenty year career in media, including fifteen years at the helm of her own public relations agency, Sue is well versed in the challenges facing owners and directors of SMEs. She equally has a fascination for what makes people tick.
Today, she combines her senior management experience with an engaging presentation and facilitation style to deliver programmes that unlock individual potential and create teams that are cohesive, respectful, focused and successful.
Sue has been a licenced Insights practitioner since 2006. She first successfully incorporated the model in her own communications agency to drive through change and growth, before deciding to take it to a wider audience. Since then she has worked on management development programmes with large corporations, as well as several marketing and media agencies, and a number of not-for-profit organisations.
Sue’s Insights Discovery profile describes her as “an innovative counsellor who provides inspiration and perspiration”. She likes this description because it captures both the enthusiasm she has for helping clients clarify their vision, and the determination she has to help them achieve their goals. In Sue’s words, ‘Changing behaviours is tougher than it sounds, and people need a coach to encourage them, to celebrate with them, but sometimes to really push them to raise their game. I love that word ‘perspiration’ – it’s a word of energy and action!’
Sue is a passionate and entertaining speaker; her enthusiasm and positive approach are infectious.
