Julie is a coach, facilitator and organisational development consultant with 20 years’ public sector experience. She looks to build rapport at pace, create safe environments for honest conversations and drive constructive challenge within teams. So many public sector organisations have restructured and streamlined services and yet there remains significant wasted effort and energy from miscommunication, poor working relationships and dysfunctional team dynamics. Julie is passionate about providing individuals and teams with headspace to break the cycle of constantly reacting and start new conversations to build trust, challenge and accountability in order to establish a ‘one team’ ethos.

She’s delivered Leadership Development and Organisational Development roles at Hampshire, Staffordshire and Somerset County Councils, University of Bristol and several south coast Constabularies and Fire Services. In addition, she coaches executive teams and senior leaders across a range of settings focusing on authentic leadership.
