While eustress is a positive form of stress, which can benefit our health and make us more productive, distress can detrimentally impact one’s well-being regarding work.

It can reduce productiveness, making us work slower and feel a lesser sense of pride when showcasing our work. It is essential to understand how to unpick and understand you and your colleague’s troubles and therefore find out how to relieve them. It can also be helpful to understand this from both a managerial and team perspective, as in any business you work as one unit, and if anyone is stressed, it can make it more difficult for everyone else.
