The Insights Discovery Transformational Leadership profile is a personalised leadership development tool based on the Insights Discovery colour model. It helps leaders understand their unique style and impact, enhance self-awareness, and adapt their approach to inspire and influence others effectively. It’s grounded in psychological preferences (using Jungian theory) and focuses on keyleadership areas, each linked with the four colour energies.
It can be used standalone in one-to-one coaching, or as part of a leadership development programme.
