New Managing Director, Andy Dowling

The Colour Works is delighted to announce Andy Dowling as its new Managing Director. His appointment comes at a critical time of rapid growth, both in the UK and overseas, as employers increase their investment in the team-working and leadership capabilities of their people in these new and ever-changing post-pandemic working environments.

Andy’s experience as a client of The Colour Works over the last 5 years – from leading L&D functions in the financial services sector to delivering Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescure Service’s Talent and Organisational Development strategy and latterly as Head of Leadership & Learning at UK Research and Innovation – puts him in a perfect position to build on the company’s obvious strengths.
