An early spell in the motor trade gave Andy his first encounter with the benefits of using Insights Discovery in the workplace and, ever since, he’s been an advocate. In the 2000s he set up an IT Consultancy covering most of the South East of England before going on to spend several years in various roles in the Financial Services sector in London.

His passion has always been people development and, since 2010, he’s built, led and overseen L&D, Talent and OD functions in organisations within both the multinational private and national public sectors. A Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, he understands the complexities in delivering people-first outcomes, no matter the size of, or climate within, an organisation. As a result, he regularly commissioned The Colour Works to deliver meaningful solutions that deliver lasting organisational value.

All of this led to him joining us in 2022 as owner and CEO. He shares our mission of transforming the way people work together and seeks to expand our work in enabling client outcomes that deliver vibrant working environments, open and honest communication, and results that incorporate a golden thread of purpose and values.

Andy now lives in Wiltshire with his family and, when not watching England play rugby, he’ll usually be found tending to his small gang of chickens or playing golf really badly!
