Since the pandemic, people have more autonomy, and with that comes responsibility and accountability for our own actions, workload, and personal development. This workshop is important because when we’re executing tasks, meeting deadlines, and working towards objectives we tend to let our personal development slide, and without a leader, manager, or appraiser to help highlight our needs, personal growth can falter, stalling future productivity.

Attendees should have previous experience of the colour model and be genuinely interested in developing others as well as themselves.
If you are new to the colour model please attend our introductory workshop first: Understanding Others – A Colourful Guide to Behaviour
There is no cost to attend this one-hour complimentary workshop, which is available to all whether office-based, remote-working, OR furloughed.
