Have you experienced Insights Discovery?

Do your leaders need a framework to reengage and focus their behaviour?

Would you like a simple tool for your leaders to take ownership over their development?

Great leadership can be seen in each of the four colour energies. However, so can bad leadership! What separates the two? Self-awareness and the ability to flex our styles and deploy a different style of behaviour when needed.

This webinar explores our understanding of what it means to be an outstanding leader and what we need to do to raise our game to a higher level.

How will I benefit?

This 60-minute workshop will help you:

  • Take a moment to consider what style of leadership is needed for hybrid and blended teams.
  • Reengage with the colour model and your personal profile.
  • Reflect upon how your colour energies show up in leadership.
  • Understand whatā€™s next in the Discovery leadership pathway.

Why this workshop is important

As we continue to transition through uncertain times and settle into leading hybrid, blended and in-office teams our leaders are required to balance both understanding with direction and flexibility with rigour. The Insights Discovery Transformational Leadership model and personal profile maps preferences across the 8 dimensions of Discovery and the colour energies, giving the recipient a deep awareness of where theyā€™re flexing their style and what they need to do to achieve greater balance when leading teams.

In this workshop we will:

  • Build on your Insights Discovery experience
  • Investigate leadership styles through the colour lens
  • Introduce you to the Insights Discovery Transformational leadership profile
  • Share a self-reflection activity to hone your focus as leader
  • Give you some tools and techniques to take ownership over your development
  • Layout a leadership development pathway for you to consider for your business

Comments from past participants

"Really valuable session especially throughout this period of isolation. Food for thought on how I can change my actions and further understand how my different colour profile colleagues may be feeling."

"Never seen the grief curve used to describe an implementation of Microsoft Office! So straightforward and so true. Inspired!"

"I found today really good. I was a little nervous beforehand ā€“ what was it going to be like / the format etc. soon as it got underway I was fine. Well presented, well-formatted ā€“ 1 hour flew by! I started today not feeling great, but after 1 hour felt a lot better. Remembering how we move from one colour to another ā€“ made me feel a bit more ā€˜normalā€™ with the thoughts/actions I have been experiencing. Keep up the great work and thank you for today!"

"Thank you for hosting what has been the most useful resilience workshop that I have attended during lockdown. It was so useful to be able to discuss with others who knew their colour preferences the ways of coping that worked for us, often coping mechanisms tend to be too generic."

"Thanks for running this session. I'd not used the break out rooms - very good, great to have the 2 min count down to end of discussion. Was very useful to see what other people are doing, particularly in relation to COVID-related change."

"Would just like to say thank you. I woke up yesterday feeling really fed up. Many days have been the same with endless Zoom meetings with learners and meetings. I felt this was just the thing I needed yesterday and really enjoyed all of the content and the breakout room where I could speak with likeminded people."
