At the Colour Works we are passionate about the impact Insights Discovery has on teams and leaders. We also are aware that teams and leaders have a day job and although invaluable, taking time out to attend multiple follow-up workshops together can cause logistical challenges.
This workshop is important because we want you to know that individuals, teams and leaders don’t have to continue their journey of personal development alone. This workshop will help you reflect upon yourself, get some headspace and refocus your energy towards those behaviours that serve you best, starting the process of enabling your personal success.
