Andy’s experience as a client of The Colour Works over the last 5 years – from leading L&D functions in the financial services sector to delivering Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescure Service’s Talent and Organisational Development strategy and latterly as Head of Leadership & Learning at UK Research and Innovation – puts him in a perfect position to build on the company’s obvious strengths.
