David Butterworth – Chartered MCIPD

David is an enthusiastic and motivational leadership development consultant, an ILM Level 5 qualified coach, and a chartered member of the CIPD. He has over 25 years experience of training, facilitation and coaching, fourteen of which have been gained within a FTSE 100 company.  Working with Leaders at all levels and teams, David has helped to enhance individual’s performance.  By leveraging the experience gained in retail and sales account management, running his own business and holding a Senior Leadership Development role within a blue chip organisation, developing management programmes in the both the private and public sector David brings a pragmatic and open approach to all assignments.

David’s passion for Insights was first ignited when using them with Sales Teams to improve how they connect and build relationships with clients.  Today the Insights profiles form an essential part of his coaching and leadership development programmes, as they provide a rich source information that provoke great conversations.

Outside of work David enjoys cycling.  He has cycled extensively in the Carpathian Mountains, Romania, raising money for a local Hospice and has completed various C2C’s including the 800 miles from Chichester to John O’Groats and the London to Paris charity ride for the Royal British Legion.
