Debbie is a qualified trainer with over 25 years’ experience in coaching, leadership and personal development training.

She has a proven track record of delivering an all-round excellent service in the Private, Public, Charity and Education Sectors.

She is enthusiastic, hardworking, and a motivated trainer/facilitator who provides high quality services in the industry. Her skills lie in making people feel comfortable by creating the right environment in order to accelerate learning, participation and above all enjoyment. Educating and supporting others through excellent training delivery, facilitation and coaching is her passion.

Debbie holds an array of teaching qualifications as well as the ILM Level 7 in Executive Coaching and Mentoring (Masters Level). She is an Insights Discovery Practitioner and is a Fellow of The Institute of Leadership and Management.

Outside of the work arena Debbie can be found walking, travelling, watching cricket and wine tasting, often in the same combination!
