Fiona has spent most of her professional life working with leaders and leadership teams to accelerate their development and growth and has been using Insights Discovery as part of that since 2010.

She has developed a breadth of experience, operating in both senior leadership & consultancy roles across a variety of organisations advising, directing, designing and delivering on organisational development strategies & leadership programmes
