Lucy is passionate about enabling individuals and teams to reach their potential.  With a degree in Economics and Management Lucy became a Chartered Buyer before discovering her true passion in facilitation and development.  Lucy is a dynamic presenter and discerning facilitator, who brings a level of energy and fun to every session she delivers, whilst being able to get to the heart of issues within teams, to propel them to success.

When not working Lucy can be found doing something sporty (preferably near the sea!) or supporting young people in her role as a voluntary youth worker.
