Naturally inquisitive with an outcome-focused approach, Paige likes to gain an understanding of wider business strategies and initiatives, as well as team and individual needs, to enable successful results.

Paige’s experience covers the full employee lifecycle, having overseen everything from induction and onboarding solutions to organisational development strategies and to aspiring and future leader’s programmes. The common thread with all her work being a passion for supporting growth and enabling people to fulfil their potential.

CIPD qualified, she brings enthusiastic energy to her delivery, creating a safe, open, and honest environment for participants to be their most authentic self in their learning.
