Tanya has over 10 years’ experience as a Learning & Development specialist – mainly across Local Government. Her most recent role with Hampshire & Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service as Talent & OD Business Partner has seen her facilitate multi-blue-light leadership development programmes for more than 200 managers as well as a highly-regarded programme focused on empowering underrepresented groups.

Through the lens of Insights Discovery, Tanya’s passion is in taking others on their own journey of self-discovery and seeing people grow and develop towards their full potential.

When she isn’t working, Tanya enjoys getting creative with sewing; she has a passion for re-upholstering furniture and likes to bring other’s cherished items back to life. She will also be found in the great outdoors with her family or touring in their VW Campervan.
