The Colour Works adapted to the lockdown period by offering a series of complimentary 60-minute workshops. These virtual workshops have equipped a community of delegates with tips and tools to build resilience, trust, self-awareness and relationships during a difficult time.

In addition to a 93% general satisfaction rating, a recent poll has revealed that 99% of delegates intend to use their learning in the workplace or at home.

Arranged in small groups so that everyone had the chance to participate, delegates reported the following highlights:

“Friendly delivery – felt very much part of the group”

“The session covered enough material and the length was just right. The sharing of current pressures and coping mechanisms in place – it was reassuring to hear the same concerns being voiced and experienced.”

“Being new to The Colour Works this was my first session so gave me a chance to further see what it is about. It was great to see how the colours represented a person and could see similar traits in myself. It was a good session but I really enjoyed the breakout room activity – it was helpful to interact with someone new who saw similar things in what I do/how to handle working from home.”

To get involved, check out Understanding Others – A Colourful Guide to Behaviour. This workshop is perfect for beginners with no previous experience of the colour model, or those who would like to refresh their memory.

Workshops last one hour and attendance is free.
