Alison has been a Colour Works facilitator since 2004. She is an ILM Level 7 Executive Coach and Mentor as well as a leadership and management trainer. Alison is known for her creative yet practical approach to the design and delivery of support interventions which has won her high praise from clients in both the Public and Private sectors.
Alison enjoys the challenge of understanding the precise development needs of clients and developing bespoke solutions to support their journey toward personal and organisational success. Of note are development interventions supporting clients to create team cultures based on trust, developing resilient workforces and enabling teams to better engage through effective influencing and negotiation skills development.
Alison’s Discovery Profile describes her as having a ‘can do’ attitude, with boundless energy to bring drive and focus to an issue. She thrives on a variety of tasks focusing on a motivating and promoting style to ensure that she supports the generation of fast results by prioritising well and taking action. Alison is always interested to see the possibilities, especially in people, beyond the present moment.
When relaxing Alison has a passion for cooking good food, finding interesting wine and pairing the two. She is never happier than when entertaining friends and family with the result of this culinary research. This is balanced (luckily) by a keen love of exercise, walking, running, swimming and cycling.
