Andy Dowling

Andy is CEO of The Colour Works and The CEO Works. With nearly two decades of experience in senior roles leading L&D and organisational development across sectors including finance, public safety and innovation, he combines commercial focus with a deep understanding of what drives people and performance.

He is masters-level qualified in Human Resource Development and Coaching, and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Professional Development. An experienced keynote speaker and C-suite facilitator, he relishes the chance to challenge perception and drive human results.

Since joining The Colour Works in 2022, Andy’s focus has been on expanding into new markets, becoming a centre of excellence for consultants and facilitators, and helping organisations build stronger, more connected teams.

A keen rugby fan and a terrible golfer, he spent his first 30 years in London but now lives in Wiltshire with his wife, two children, and an ever-expanding flock of chickens.
