Debbie holds the ILM Level 7 in Executive Coaching and Mentoring and is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management. She especially enjoys coaching individuals to reach their full potential, overcome challenges and navigate demanding roles with greater confidence, perspective and impact. Her style is warm, pragmatic and supportive, combining challenge with encouragement to help people achieve outcomes that matter both professionally and personally.

Outside of her professional work, Debbie enjoys spending time with family and friends, following cricket, walking in beautiful places and exploring new destinations — often combining her love of travel with good food, great views and the occasional glass of wine.
