Luke Wiltshire

Luke is Associate Director – Learning & Engagement at The Colour Works. With a background in senior Learning & Development leadership, he has led large-scale organisational development initiatives across leadership, culture, and workforce capability. He combines strategic thinking with practical facilitation expertise to help organisations translate insight into measurable performance.

He is a Fellow of the Learning & Performance Institute, a qualified NLP Master Practitioner, and an experienced keynote speaker. Luke specialises in working with senior leadership teams to strengthen self-awareness, elevate communication, and create high-performing, connected cultures.

Since joining The Colour Works, Luke’s focus has been on deepening client engagement, strengthening practitioner communities, and ensuring leadership development delivers meaningful behavioural impact.

An award-winning volleyball coach and podcast host, Luke has a strong interest in high performance, mindset, and team culture. He lives on the south coast with his partner and their dog, and can usually be found either on a volleyball court or behind a microphone.
